Luxury Wholesale Flooring (LWF) ships through all major transportation services, but primarily does so through FedEx. As such, our flat rate shipping reflects the pricing of transportation from the carpet mills to your address via FedEx. Additionally, due to size limitations, FedEx only ships rugs and carpets that do not exceed 10 feet in either dimension. All orders that are eligible for FedEx shipping can be shipped to residential addresses.
For rugs that exceed 10 feet, the option to choose flat rate shipping is not an option. Customers must request a quote for oversized rugs and carpet orders, where shipping will be included in a quote via a freight service, usually Xpress Global Systems, LLC. Please note that freight services do not deliver to residential addresses. As such, LWF recommends that you work with a professional carpet installer with a warehouse where carpet and rug orders can be delivered.
Customers have the option to request a quote for any product to see all shipping types they are eligible for.
